How TictacBazar Software Delivery Works
A concise guide to buying software, accessing protected ZIP downloads and finding products again in My Library.
From product page to My Library
Each software page shows the current version, price and delivery status. Paid products are added to the cart and the payment step is completed through the store checkout. After a confirmed payment, the order and its protected downloads appear in My Library.
- Use the same account email when you return to the store.
- Download the ZIP from My Library instead of looking for a public file URL.
- Keep the original ZIP if you manage several client sites or test environments.
Protected delivery does not change the software license
The store protects the download link and limits account downloads, but that is separate from the license applied to the software itself. Joomla extensions listed in the Joomla Extensions Directory remain GPL-compatible where required; delivery controls are not restrictions on the GPL rights of a downloaded copy.
Updates are tied to the product entitlement
A product page states the included update period. During that period, the current package is available through the customer library. Lifetime use of an installed product and access to future package versions are separate concepts.
Where to ask for help
Use the product documentation and related guides first. If a setup still fails, use the TictacBazar support forum with the product name, version, platform version and the exact error message. Do not post passwords, API secrets or product keys publicly.
