Contract performance: to create your account, process an order, provide downloads, manage licences and provide product-related support.

Legal claims: where information is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the necessity of the processing and its impact on your rights.
5. Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Depending on the transaction, country and checkout configuration, Stripe may act as a payment processor or, through Stripe Managed Payments, as the merchant of record. The relevant seller, payment entity, taxes and transaction details are displayed during checkout and on the payment confirmation.
Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy documentation:
TictacBazar.com remains responsible for the software licence, delivery, updates and product support described on the relevant product page.
6. Statcounter website measurement
We use Statcounter to understand general website activity, such as visited pages, visit date and time, referring source, browser, operating system, device type and screen size.
Statcounter may also receive the visitor’s IP address as part of the technical internet connection.
Our Statcounter installation is configured without Statcounter visitor-cookie storage. We use this limited measurement to understand traffic, maintain the website and improve its content and performance. We do not use it to create advertising profiles.
The legal basis for this cookieless measurement is our legitimate interest in understanding and maintaining the website. You may object to this processing by contacting us.
Further information is available in Statcounter’s privacy documentation:
https://statcounter.com/about/legal/#privacy
If we later enable analytics cookies or other optional tracking technologies, they will be subject to the choices provided through the website’s cookie settings.
